I don't know how one of his denomination might be defrocked as it seems to me that one of such frocks him or herself.

HST, he seemed a tortured soul and a not very nice person. I would not have wanted to be him.

I was thinking the same thing. No authority to install in the first place.

And he just went on and continued his ministry outside of The Assemblies of God, his former denomination, so it made no difference, except for a serious loss of credibility with all except the most devoted of his followers

The Assemblies of God do have a formal certification process.
