It's hard finding a source covering this object that isn't turning it into the screenplay for Independence Day 3.

Has anyone been following this story? Any good sources that aren't saying "alien probe", "hostile alien forces",...

There's only one source saying it's an alien spaceship, due in large part because it has a light source projecting ahead, rather the typical trail behind, plus it's speed is greater than a natural celestial body.

It's due to pass us around Halloween.
