I am looking for a website or app that offers Catholic images I can use as desktop wallpapers for my laptop and lock screen/home images for my smartphone.

I'm cautious about just downloading images from search engines, so I have no problem paying for images or buying an app.

That's a new one for me. I use images in the public domain and have yet to have an issue.
