Sure it is but responding to IDF soldiers destroying a crucifix with lurid stories of Muslims using the Bible as TP is textbook whataboutism. And if Jews do not want to convert or kill Christians, it's quite odd that some of them react this way to Christian symbols.

Since a logical fallacy is being attributed ... whataboutism ... a new one to me, perhaps we should consider another ... cherry picking. Where the actions of a few, two in this case, are used to assert a broader population characteristic. It could be argued, I suppose, that a hasty generalization is in evidence.
